There is almost nothing more interesting than the combination of stats, data and games. Moon Studios, the team behind Ori have just shared some analytics from our most anticipated ARPG of the year with the private No Rest For The Wicked Beta that was sent to select press and media.

There was a total of 89 players, wished it would have been 90, who collectively played for over 7 days and 21 hours who died 1360 times. Of thoseh 884 were in battle with 329 of those coming from Warwick the Torn, who was only defeated 95 times out of 424 attempts and this is a very low success rate of 22% against the first boss. 476 deaths were from the environment with things like drowning and falling being part of the cruel, but beautiful world Moon have created

2393 Risen were killed, 346 Nith and 195 Nith Marauders. In addition, when you wash up on shore, you are greeted with some large crustaceans, which lead to 722 crab deaths.

If you opted for a more vegan option, then 2456 mushrooms were picked along with 2179 herbs, with the majority of those ingredients being cooked into a hearty bowl of mushroom soup. 1657 bowls to be exact.

No Rest For The Wicked has a soft class system, which allows your to play as you like. Fans of the souls genre would know these. The top three upgrades were, in order, Strength, Health and Stamina. The bottom three upgrades, in order of least were Focus, Intelligence and Faith.

No Rest For The Wicked also features a weight based system, depending on what weapons and armor you equip. 61% of the players opted for a normal weight build, with 20% choosing to go heavy and 19% to go fast.
