Is Weird West On Game Pass? 

One of the games that just missed the cut for most anticipated games of the year was Weird West. An immersive sim based in the old west with a fantasy horror twist. The great news is that weird west is coming to Xbox Game Pass on Day One, which is amazing because the game is retailing for around 50 bucks

This seems like a great idea to get Weird West on Game Pass because it’s a tough game to market. If you have to draw a comparison to Wolf Eye Studios debut title, it would have to be considered a isometric Dishonored for multiple reasons with the most obvious being that wolf eye studios was founded by Raphael Colantonio who was one of the four founding members of Arkane who helped created the cult sensation series. The other reason is that Weird West looks to give the player plenty of freedom to decide how to approach each scenario

When speaking with Matthew Olsen from Us Gamer, Colantonio described the isometric action rpg as “an action-y version of fallout 1 or 2 that feels a bit like a twin stick shooter” There is a lot to unpack from this statement what little we know but it all sounds like a refreshing and original experience 

Another great reason to look forward to it is because Weird West is being published by Devolver Digital who are known for curating some excellent indie titles.
