Smash and Grab

One of the easiest ways to improve your abilities during each run is by purchasing from the Sandman with Dream Shards. All other points of interest aren’t available until you clear all the enemies from the area but all of the Dream Shards can be smashed and taken without defeating enemies. Get in and get the Dream Shards without taking damage as much as possible and you will be in a better position to battle the nightmare

Instant Upgrade.

When you first start in the Sandman’s Safe Zone, you are rewarded an instant upgrade. Make sure to take advantage of this without leaving. Also if there is a quest option on one of these upgrades, it will typically have a better end buff as long as you complete the requirements.

Healing Ability

Health drops can sometimes be few and far between. To offset this, make sure to take advantage of your characters healing power. For example Beowulf’s Wyrm combined with the shield ability heals the player for 30% of damage blocked or the Werewolf has a bloodthirsty mode that steals life from enemies for a few seconds. Every little bit helps

Vision Tower

Hero movement is fairly slow in Ravenswatch, which means that you won’t be able to get around to see the whole map and its dungeons before the nightmare awakens. Make the most of your time by finding Vision Towers and then prioritizing what makes the most sense for you. In our opinion the healing fountain not only heals you fully but it also increases your max HP.

Dungeons

There are dungeons in the world of Reverie although they are locked, which requires a key. If you can find that key, you should immediately retrace your steps to that dungeon because once you defeat everything inside, you will find a legendary magical object worthy of your time.
